  • A Qatar-based customer required airport safety products to Mogadishu Airport, Somalia. Last-minute changes necessitated a complete shipment rebuild to support air freight logistics and time constraints.
  • Championed customer requirements and sourced third-party non-inventory items; incorporated all items into a comprehensive load plan and streamlined critical shipping documentation.
  • Maintained persistent communication with stakeholders, including US government agencies, to expedite the repackaging of all equipment and pallets to allow for air freight transport.
